Brad, who joined Edward Jones in 2007, is responsible for all marketing functions, including advertising, direct marketing, marketing research, online marketing, client and associate communications and public relations, and he serves on the firm's management committee.
All Edward Jones marketing initiatives focus on bringing to life the firm's unique business strategy, which fosters face-to-face relationships between clients and their financial advisors in more than 10,000 local offices around the U.S. The firm is focused entirely on meeting the needs of individual investors and eschews “hot” investments in favor of a long-term investing outlook that emphasizes quality and diversification.
Brad will give an overview of the face time marketing strategy and explain how Edward Jones leverages it to compete successfully year after year. He’ll also discuss how the firm plans to navigate the challenges that lie ahead.
